• Qualify and screen candidates telephonically and face-to-face.
• Create an initial short-list of potential candidates.
• Reference check all short listed candidates
• Supply a short-list of candidates for interviews to the client.
• Co-ordinate interviews with candidates on behalf of the client
• In addition to reference checks, Credit, Criminal, Qualification and drivers license checks are also offered
• Liaise with candidates regarding job offers
• Regret unsuccessful candidates
• Follow up regularly during the 90 day guarantee period to ensure that both parties are satisfied
